Must:

  • Make a submission at least 30 minutes before the deadline, avoiding last minute chaos caused by website/network issues.
  • Have all acronyms explained when first appear (e.g., MNN, NTP).
  • Have no blank refs like []
  • Remove all colors/comments on all pages including appendix.
  • Check the refs to make sure there are no AI-generated fake refs.
  • No typo / unclear in Abstract.
  • No typo / unclear in Introduction.
  • No typo / unclear in Conclusion.

Try to make:

  • Adjust table/figure margins using \vspace to make the paper fit the page limit, no more and no less (e.g., exact 12 page).
  • Print in black/white and proofread.
  • Figure and Figure Ref on the same page.
  • Table and Table Ref on the same page.
  • Section/Subsection head not in the bottom of the page.
  • Appropriate blank around Figures and Tables
